Role Overview
As our new Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for securing new property management clients while maintaining the portfolio you help build. Starting part-time (5-10 hours per week), you'll have the chance to grow a portfolio from scratch, with opportunities to progress into a full-time role as your portfolio expands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to secure new property management contracts.
Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and stakeholders.
Provide ongoing management and support for secured properties.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
