Job DescriptionAbout the role: Reporting to the Operations Support Manager you will work closely with internal teams to implement enhancements in customer service processes, elevating service delivery standards.
You will have the opportunity to engage in regular training sessions and workshops to remain informed on industry standards, regulatory updates, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding electricity supply, outages, and service disruptionsCoordinate with field technicians and other departments to resolve network issues and restore services efficientlyProvide accurate information to customers regarding billing, metering, and connection/disconnection proceduresAssist customers with setting up new connections, direct generation approvals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and network maintenance activitiesAbout you: Highlight your strong communication skills and demonstrate your ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to customers and stakeholders.
