Day to Day responsibilities Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and services requests for infrastructure and other related technologies (network, network security, etc.)
Maintain system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructure
Perform configuration and administration of infrastructure
Contribute to processes and review their application to ensure that controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
Follow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfilment, problem and change management process for changes required on customer's network
Build effective working relationships both internally and externally
About you ITIL Foundation qualifications and suitable vendor certifications preferred
Experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to leverage server/network knowledge and broad array of tools to solve problems
Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama – Experience implementing, supporting and maintaining - Active PCNSE certification is desirable
Meraki – Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining of Meraki Security Appliances, Switching and Wi-Fi; Active ECMS1+2 Certifications desirable
Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) - Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining firewalls vendors such as Palo Alto and/or Fortinet
Networking (Routing/Switching/Wireless/SD-WAN) – Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining vendors such as Cisco and/or Aruba
Current and ex-serving ADF members are encouraged to apply
Nice to haves SASE/SSE Platforms such as Palo Alto Prisma Access and Netskope
Cisco Enterprise Networking (Route/Switch/SDWAN/Wireless/ISE) – Experience designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining - CCNP is desirable
SDWAN Platforms such as Prisma SDWAN, VMware VeloCloud, Cisco/Viptela
Non-Palo Alto Firewalls such as Fortinet Fortigates
LAN/WAN/Wireless Network vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, etc.
Cisco Umbrella – Experience supporting DNS and Secure Internet Gateway
Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls
Active PCNSE and NSE4+ certifications desirable
