What You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangaAs the Network Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our service delivery by overseeing and managing our network of contractors.
You will be responsible for driving recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance management processes, while also contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance our service delivery.Your day to day will include:Travelling across New Zealand to engage with service providers and visit locations as needed.Conducting thorough background checks to assess the credibility and reliability of service providers.Reviewing service providers' licenses, insurance, Totika certification, and other relevant certifications.Organising and coordinating training programs for new service providers, continuously updating training materials in collaboration with relevant departments.Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with service providers, and developing and managing contracts.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of experience in contractor or vendor management, recruitment, or operations management.A proven track record of managing contractor relationships and ensuring successful performance delivery.Experience in home services, construction, or trade-related industries (preferred).Strong knowledge in contract creation, negotiation, and management.Familiarity with compliance and industry standards (e.g., Totika, Insurance, Licensing).Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and assess contractor performance.Our teams celebrate diversity and believe that everyone should be able to bring their true selves to work every day.
