Support our company practices by ensuring all administration processes and procedures are best practice.Responsibilities:Locating faults, identifying and analysing the cause of faults on the network and recommending work to fix themAct as an extension of the Control Room to operate the network, including completing switching activitiesSelected inspection, maintenance, and replacement activitiesScope customer-initiated work and ensure that customer relationships are maintainedThere is a requirement to take part in the standby roster to attend to after-hours fault callouts.About you:Our ideal candidate is proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
