Scanpower is seeking a motivated Network Coordinator to join our team and support our network division.

What you'll do As a Network Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our network operations by supporting project administration, managing inventory and purchasing, coordinating vehicle servicing, and assisting with network improvement projects.
This role offers a fantastic variety of tasks, ranging from administration to on-site coordination, with responsibilities such as: Project Administration: Support the setup and management of network projects, maintain job scheduling systems, assist with invoicing, and coordinate communication with contractors and customers.Inventory Management: Oversee our network materials and consumables store, including organising stock, preparing materials for projects, and ensuring accurate stock levels.Purchasing: Handle project-based and regular purchasing, coordinating with suppliers to ensure the best value for materials.Fleet Management: Monitor and coordinate servicing and repairs of network vehicles and equipment.Streetlight Coordination: Manage streetlight maintenance requests, dispatching teams and coordinating repairs as needed.Network Improvement Support: Work alongside the General Manager on various improvement initiatives, such as network standards, community projects, and efficiency upgrades.
What You'll Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone with strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key skills and attributes include: Communication & Organisation: Clear communication and methodical organisation are essential for coordinating projects, managing materials, and supporting network operations.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint) to manage documentation and data effectively.Autonomy: Able to work independently with strong time-management skills.Physical Readiness: Forklift and Class 2 licenses would be an advantage but are not required.
