Network Coordinator
Fixed term position to 30 June 2025, Part-time (20 hours per week)
Service operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Counties Manukau region, Auckland
Pay Equity: $25.00ph - $30.00ph (Service falls under Pay Equity. Pay is determined by qualification and equivalence to the National Certificate of Health and Wellbeing L4)

The Service | Ko Te Whare O DRIVE
DRIVE Consumer Direction Counties Manukau is a consumer network that represents the interests of people in the Counties Manukau District Health Board area who experience mental health distress, or harm from alcohol or other drugs. DRIVE works to promote the consumer voice by being a link between service users and service providers, by supporting research, peer workforce development and by running hui. DRIVE is involved in systemic advocacy in the sector.
Role | Nga mahi
To support the Senior Network Coordinator through service delivery and collaboration with other DRIVE staff. To role model recovery for DRIVE's network. To ensure delivery of quality services through the network to people of Counties Manukau DHB, in line with contracted outcomes, specifications, policy, procedure and philosophical guidelines. To support and participate in achieving the identified projects, goals and objectives for the delivery of the Consumer Networks strategic plan and operations.
You will | Nga Pukenga
Qualification equivalent to the Level 4 National Certificate in Health & Wellbeing.
Have the ability to work in a team environment and from a multicultural perspective.
Be professional and have good boundaries and ethics.
Have your own lived experience of recovery and a current wellness plan
Have completed a WRAP and PET Training
Full NZ Drivers Licence
Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
Have a passion for walking alongside those in need, supporting ongoing goals on the pathway to recovery.
