Network Control Centre Coordinator
Location: New Plymouth
With growing demands on our network, Powerco is expanding our Network Operations Centre team—the core of our operations.
As a Network Control Centre Coordinator, you'll join a professional, dedicated, and supportive team, responsible for handling safety-related calls, emergency requests, and coordinating public safety activities.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for emergency calls, business requests, and safety inquiries, helping ensure safe and reliable network operations. You'll update our Outage Management System with key information and support our team during critical events, working closely with network controllers and field crews.
What We're Looking For:

Exceptional Communication Skills – A customer-focused approach to responding to safety and emergency calls.
Computer Savvy – Strong skills in Microsoft Office and an interest in learning about our outage management systems and SCADA.
Organized and Detail-Oriented – You'll keep information accurate, organized, and accessible.
Collaborative Team Player – A positive attitude and a focus on supporting the team.
