You'll dive into various data sets, analyze them, cross-check the information, and report your findings. You'll also play a key part in gas and electricity audits, ensuring everything meets industry standards. Plus, you'll help maintain great relationships between Powerco and its stakeholders.
We're looking for an inquisitive problem solver who likes to understand why and how things work, helping the Billing and Reconciliation team strive for continuous improvement. We value free thinkers who are keen to bring fresh perspectives to solving problems.
To be a success in this role, you will need: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, which are essential for excelling in this role.The ability to process weekly reconciliations, validations, and provide analytical information is essential. Understanding regulatory requirements and continuously monitoring ICP attributes is key.Experience in working collaboratively with team members and supporting internal and external stakeholders.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box will help in system fixes, process improvements, and handling various tasks.It would be ideal if you have: A continuous improvement mindset, actively participating in process and system reviews, gathering feedback, and leading proposed changes to drive ongoing success and innovation in the role.Creativity and the ability to solve problems in unconventional ways.About us Our purpose is to connect communities.
