You'll also play a key part in gas and electricity audits, making sure everything meets industry standards. Plus, you'll help maintain great relationships between Powerco and its stakeholders.We're after an inquisitive problem solver that likes to know why and how things work who will help the Billing and Reconciliation team to strive for continuous improvement. We value free thinkers who are keen to bring fresh perspectives to solving problems.To be a success in this role, you will need:Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Ability to process weekly reconciliations, validations, and provide analytical information.Experience in working collaboratively with team members and supporting internal and external stakeholders.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.It would be ideal if you have:A continuous improvement mindset, actively participating in process and system reviews, gathering feedback, and leading the charge on proposed changes.Creativity and ability to solve problems in unconventional ways.About usOur purpose is to connect communities.
