By embracing the digital age and putting customer experience at the heart of its strategy, it's ensuring netball remains vibrant, relevant, and deeply connected to its fans.About the role:This is a newly created leadership role reporting into the CMO, managing a Digital & Content coordinator direct report, working closely with the Marketing & Brand Lead (and team), Event & Competitions Lead, Senior Media & PR Advisor and Digital Analyst.This is a really exciting time to join as Netball New Zealand undertakes a marketing transformation strategy to drive optimal customer experiences.This role is responsible for aligning and managing Netball New Zealand's comprehensive digital content strategy across all platforms, including websites, social media, email and mobile applications.Key responsibilities include:Lead, develop and implement the digital content strategy across websites, social media, email and mobile applications, optimisation of digital content (SEO) and user experience.Lead and implement the content calendar and asset creation (e.g.
social media posts, video content and written content).Develop and implement all monitoring, reporting and optimisation of all digital activities across the business.Lead digital innovation and engagement, staying across all digital trends and technology, including new tool adoption.Lead a Digital & Content coordinator.About You:You will have 8+ years' experience managing digital and content marketing in the services sector.
