We are recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity.Job Description Our Mount Wellington facility is looking to boost its team by hiring a Phased Array Inspector.We are looking for a PAUTInspector to join our team to fill a fulltime permanent role working in our NDT & Materials Engineering facility in Auckland.Our client base is extensive, and we operate in all major industrial groups from dairy, power generation, oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper process plants through to constructions, building and light engineering.Reporting to the Operational Manager the primary responsibility of the Inspectors role is to carry out PAUT, general NDT and welding inspections in accordance with relevant codes and standards to ensure our client requirements are met. This can be testing on a variety of products and components covering metals, plastics, construction and building materials. The Inspector also provides consultancy services to assist our clients with their technical challenges and maintenance needs.Qualifications ISO 9712 Phased Array certification and minimum 2 otherLevel 2 certifications such as:MT, PT, ET, RT, UT, Coatings, Welding, API's, etc.Minimum 8 years practical work experience in NDTMinimum 5 years in PAUT experienceCustomer and client service focus.A current driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites around NZ.Able to use computers and technology.Able to work well with others in a team environment.Additional Information This is a good opportunity to work with a team and interact with other specialists and clients.This is a full time position - 40 hours per week.The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 per annum.To discover more about SGS globally, visit www.SGS.comIf you've been looking for an opportunity to work in a well-established NZ and global business please apply through our link.#J-18808-Ljbffr
