The Opportunity: We're on the hunt for a National Business Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Route Retail and Foodservice Independents channel.
Based in Auckland, you'll take ownership of driving growth, leading a talented team of Channel Managers, and delivering exceptional results across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: * Commercial Acumen: Take full ownership of P&L, ensuring results that deliver to the bottom line.
* Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a team of channel managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute national strategies to drive growth, maximize market share and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Customer focus: Build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners in foodservice and route retail ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
* Analytics: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and shape strategy.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams to align on business goals and deliver seamless customer experiences.
