As a Nature Guide with RealNZ, you'll lead visitors through the stunning Te Anau Glowworm Caves, offering knowledgeable, engaging commentary across multiple scenic locations. You'll ensure each guest has a memorable experience, safely guiding them and sharing your enthusiasm for New Zealand's unique landscapes, flora, and fauna.
In this role, you'll organise and guide guest groups, providing accurate, clear nature commentary while prioritising safety. You'll also support guest satisfaction by warmly welcoming and assisting visitors, maintaining tidy service areas, and ensuring a friendly send-off. With a focus on safety, you'll implement Health & Safety protocols, assist in risk planning, and make operational calls around conditions like high water.
This is a full time, fixed term opportunity through until the end of the summer season.

What are we looking for in you? Current First Aid certificate.
Experience in Cave Guiding, Nature Guiding, or a similar field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive approach.
Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and able to engage diverse groups of guests.
