About the Role As our National Sales Manager, you'll spearhead sales and business development efforts in New Zealand. From identifying new market opportunities to leading contract negotiations, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth and success. This is a newly created role, and as the starting foundation of the New Zealand Leadership team, you will be working directly with the CEOs and Commercial Director to constantly seek to lift customer perceptions of EVSE service delivery and performance. Key Accountabilities Oversee all sales and business development functions for the New Zealand market with an aim to establish and grow our brand and meet the vision and strategy of EVSE Lead all customer contract negotiations/renewals Develop National contractor network to facilitate electrical project delivery in line with EVSE standards and NZ local safety and quality standards Develop and maintain relationships with government, retailers, distributors and other industry stakeholders that gives our organisation a competitive edge Responsible for regulatory submissions and ensuring regulatory compliance is monitored and maintained Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance the internal/external customer experience and performance reporting About you Deep understanding of the NZ EV Charging landscape and opportunities Strong sales skills with a focus on hunting and developing outbound opportunities to establish new market entrance Demonstrated experience sales and management roles in NZ and track record in delivering measurable results under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to understand technical electrical concepts Commercial astuteness – commercial business experience and knowledge Join us in shaping the future of mobility and energy.
