This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on an already successful business.About the role:Build on existing head office relationships and approach new customers to get range SKU'd.Plan sales, promotions and work with stores on national tendersTrain staff at branch level on new products and rangesSpearhead the re-launch in the residential appliance marketEnsure retail staff are all trained and work with Sales Reps to manage retail shopsCollaborate with the marketing team and sales teamsInvestigate the viability (or not) of formal agreements and consider promotions within the customer groupsManage a team of 2 sales repsAbout you:You have experience fronting national product launches, including running promotions and eventsYou have experience with SKU'd product ranges at a national levelYou have existing key relationships with plumbers and/or consumer electronic merchants.National Head Office relationships with Appliance merchants in a MUST!You have solid business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset would go a long way in this role – as there is plenty of room to grow.You must be able to travel nationally (1-2 nights per month)Benefits:On offer here is a competitive remuneration package including a solid base salary, bonus structure and company vehicle.
