You will collaborate closely with key central functions to ensure regional and dealer network performance aligns with our financial and operational objectives. Through inspiring leadership, you will drive and increase vehicle, parts, and accessory sales, enhance service retention, and improve business unit profitability while striving to make us the most customer-centric automotive brand in New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:People and Culture leadership including leading by example, foster an engaging communication approach and drive a culture of accountability creating a high-performing teamDevelop and implement strategies to maintain and grow dealer network profitabilityCreate Sales Plans that exceed stakeholders' expectationsPromote growth initiatives in line with business objectivesAlign strategic objectives across the Sales team and operational plansDevelop and maintain relationships with the OEM to drive market share and growthOversee the onboarding and maintenance of dealershipsAbout You:Experience in sales management with strong business acumenSuccessful formulation and implementation of sales strategiesAbility to analyze market trends and develop actionable plansExperience in negotiating and managing key relationshipsPrior experience with dealer networks or retail dealershipsProven ability to lead and sustain high-performing teamsProficient in Excel and other computer skillsAutomotive experience in distribution/retail or manufacturingRelevant tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline – highly desirableStrong results management and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with decision-making capabilities and strong presentation skillsApply Now!At Inchcape, our values and behaviors guide us in delivering optimal performance, enabling the success of our Accelerate Strategy, and realizing our vision of bringing mobility to the world's communities for today, tomorrow, and the better.Join us in driving success and making a significant impact in the automotive industry.
