We provide our clients with quality imported and locally sourced Turf Products for use in Golf Courses, Bowling Greens, Council Sports Turf/Parks and Lawns throughout New ZealandThe Role Due to the impending retirement of our Current NZ Sales Manager we are looking for a passionate National Sales Manager to join our team.This role is ideally based in our Head Office in Christchurch, working standard business hours though some travel will be required.
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving our sales team.
In this key role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies to ensure our sales performance consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals, while supporting and developing the sales team as well as looking after a small client baseYou'll bring your energy and natural relationship skills to this role, to ensure that you build relationships and your network to secure and maintain business.
Your customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude to your customers and the business will ensure your success in this role.
Your ability to build rapport and relationships will be your strength.Effective communication skills, with the proven ability to build rapport quickly both internally and externally.
Experience in the Turf Industry is advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role would also be advantageous.A strong personal and work ethic is essential, and you'll operate according to the importance of giving your word to your customers and making them and their needs your priority.
Additionally, you are a self-motivated individual, who is willing to provide mentorship and leadership to our sales team.
