Responsibilities Manage and drive the New Zealand business growth strategy for Envoyage.
Be the face of Envoyage in New Zealand, via regular attendance at industry events & other networking opportunities to source leads, partnership and acquisition opportunities.
Source opportunities for partnership and acquisition for further discussion with the leadership team.
Project Management & Business Planning.
About You Commercial Acumen: Understand key business drivers. Analyse information objectively and make a considered and commercially sound judgement.
Accountability: Have a business plan, KPIs and keep your team accountable to them. Ensure Salesforce is kept accurate for you and your team.
Model the Way: Be a positive role model. Act as a leader in all forums. Work as a team across disciplines. Help educate the wider business, particularly about the customer and the Independent market. Take full ownership over your success and failures.
Communication: Communicate business messages and implement strategies, using vehicles of inspiration to communicate with the team. Provide constructive feedback/ideas for ways things could be done better. Communicate vision, direction, and strategies clearly.
