Committed to excellence, they are seeking an experienced, highly driven and strategic National Sales Manager.About the role:As the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving company growth by proactively identifying and capitalising on business opportunities as well as onboarding, mentoring and managing the sales team based across New Zealand.
You will develop and expand their customer base, maximising revenue generation through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement efforts.Your key responsibilites;Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our business.Develop,implement and execute sales strategies and SOP'sProactively seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generationDevelop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.Manage the onboarding of new clients.Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of the Client Success team.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.Achieve company objectives through effective planning and execution.About you:You are a driven and results-oriented professional, with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
