Reporting to the General Manager Sales / Group Export Manager, this role will quickly assimilate the industry, the channels and the influencers in order to become a confident authority on Moffat's brand and product solutions. Providing strategic and operational sales leadership, the National Sales Manager - Foodservice will successfully coach and support their team's consultative selling capability to continue to build brand and distribution performance, deliver increased customer satisfaction and further enhance Moffat's market leading position in NZ.Skills & ExperienceWell-versed working in a B2B and B2E sales environmentConfident to build strong working relationships with key customer principalsA master of and comfortable in consultative sellingExperienced developing and managing budgets and expenditureExperienced working across multi-channel sales frameworksAble to demonstrate experience driving brand, product and segment development initiativesCommercially savvy and an experienced contract negotiatorAn advanced critical thinker and problem solverA mentor and coach to your team.This is a hands-on, market facing role where you will deliver tangible sales and profit growth.
