As National Sales Director you will lead the Envoyage Sales Team and be responsible for their development and results through a disciplined and accountable approach. Additionally, the role will be responsible for identifying and developing partnership and potential acquisition opportunities that ultimately drive the growth of this fast-paced growth business.
About The Role. Mo Te Turanga
Lead and develop the national BDM team including hiring, training, motivating, providing ongoing professional development opportunities, and maintaining accountability to weekly and monthly KPI targets and other business plan objectives
Manage and drive the New Zealand business growth strategy for Envoyage
Be the face of Envoyage in New Zealand, via regular attendance at industry events & other networking opportunities to source leads, partnership and acquisition opportunities
Source opportunities for partnership and acquisition for further discussion with the leadership team
Work with GM on the competitive market strategy for Envoyage
Provide competitor intel and updates monthly to senior management and work on ongoing competitor related projects, strategy & education of the BDM Team on competitor strengths & weaknesses to improve conversion
About You. Mo Koe
Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role
Consistent high performance for both self and team
Experience with B2B and B2C sales processes
In depth knowledge of the travel industry, product and FCTG retail & corporate businesses
