The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Allied Health professional to build and lead our National Portfolio in Women's Health. The National Portfolio Lead is a role held alongside a senior clinical allied health role within Proactive.
The role is responsible for ensuring there is a clear understanding of contractual requirements of funders within the Portfolio and that all contractual obligations are met in an effective and efficient manner.
The National Portfolio Lead will work alongside the advisory team, quality team, and GM to operational guidelines, training materials, and reporting metrics. They will assist in preparing reports for funders as required and represent Proactive at funder meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and deliver on Proactive's strategic plan and vision.
Drive business growth by supporting referral volumes and the ability to grow the service.
Support the delivery of a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement whilst maintaining contractual compliance.
Contribute to changes in processes to ensure excellence in quality and outcomes.
Monitor service delivery to identify performance trends and areas for quality and efficiency improvement.
Coordinate and deliver service provider training, coaching, and mentoring.
Quality control, benchmarking, and direction to regions.
Work with internal and external partners to support opportunities.
Actively seek opportunities for service provision within the market.
Manage internal and external relationships in conjunction with others.
Facilitate compliance to efficient, best practice operating procedures by service providers.
Maintain up-to-date resources to ensure delivery of best practice.

Pay band for this role will depend on your experience.
Additional annual leave will increase yearly up to 5 weeks after 5 years' service.
