Additionally, as part of Proactive, you can trust in having a passionate and supportive management team who put their staff and clients first.The Opportunity:We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Allied Health professional to build and lead our National Portfolio in Pain Management.The National Portfolio Lead is a role held alongside a senior clinical allied health role within Proactive.The role is responsible for ensuring there is a clear understanding of contractual requirements of funders within the Portfolio and that all contractual obligations are met in an effective and efficient manner and are delivered by our clinical staff.The National Portfolio Lead will work alongside the advisory team, quality team, and GM to operational guidelines, training materials, and reporting metrics. They will be a resource to others across Proactive where there are technical and clinical contract queries to ensure conformance and consistency across Proactive. They will assist in preparing reports for funders (which are then peer-reviewed by the advisory and quality) as required. They will also represent Proactive (as its ambassador) at funder meetings (either alone or alongside others) as requested and then share information back.Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be the most senior member leading the National Portfolio - Pain Management. You'll be supported by our Regional Manager, other National Managers, and senior clinicians throughout the company. We have excellent leadership pathways for ambitious clinicians keen to grow their careers, generous CPD, leadership coaching, and training.Importantly the role will:Support and deliver on Proactive's strategic plan and vision.Drive business growth by supporting referral volumes and the ability to grow the service.Support the delivery of a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement whilst maintaining contractual compliance.Contribute to changes in processes to ensure excellence in quality and outcomes.Monitor service delivery to identify performance trends, and areas for quality and efficiency improvement.Coordinate and deliver service provider training, coaching, and mentoring.Quality control, benchmarking, and direction to regions.Work with internal and external partners to support opportunities.Actively seek opportunities for the service provision within the market e.g. private contracts.Manage internal and external relationships in conjunction with others (as designated).Facilitate and assure compliance to efficient, best practice operating procedures by service providers.Maintain up-to-date resources to ensure delivery of best practice.The Benefits:Pay band for this role will depend on your experience.Additional annual leave will increase yearly up to 5 weeks after 5 years' service.EAP services.Full cost of APC.Opportunity to expand your skill set and to progress your career.If you're looking for an employer with a modern, cutting-edge approach to holistic rehab, then get in touch!Please send your CV and Cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for the role before 24 November 2024.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Portfolio Lead?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a physiotherapist?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?How many years' experience do you have as an occupational therapist?
