National Marketing Manager - Based in Papua New GuineaComprehensive expat salary package on offer including accommodation, vehicle, and flights.Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for driving brand success? We are seeking a National Marketing Manager to lead category, brand, and portfolio strategies across multiple industrial product divisions, in Papua New Guinea and the Solomons, with the potential to support broader initiatives across the Pacific Islands.This is a pivotal leadership role within the Marketing & Innovation team, where you will be responsible for shaping the future of our brands, driving consumer-led strategies, and ensuring successful execution across both retail and trade channels.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory and Brand Strategy: Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive profitability and brand growth. Lead portfolio planning and category management, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and market opportunities.Commercial Delivery: Oversee commercial plans, manage marketing budgets, and ensure integration between marketing and sales functions to achieve key business KPIs.Systematic Planning: Lead the coaching and development of the marketing team, instilling best practices in category management and brand planning.Product Lifecycle Management: Support initiatives such as new product development (NPD), product discontinuation, and inventory management to optimise product availability and meet market demand.Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse market data, monitor competitor activity, and provide strategic recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Marketing Manager within an international company, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a developing market.Skills: Strategic planning, brand positioning, market insight, and commercial accountability.Personal Attributes: Action-oriented, reliable, a strong team player, and committed to delivering results.This role will be based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea on a residential basis.What We Offer:This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing market, with the support of a forward-thinking organization.
