Your new company
This company is a world leader in the design and production of commercial vehicles, including heavy, medium, light, passenger, and special vehicles. They are one of the largest heavy-truck exporters and rank amongst the world's best heavy truck manufacturers, currently sold to over 110 countries. New Zealand and Australia are an emerging market for this company, which are poised for rapid growth here - since entering the Australian market in 2017, 12 models have passed compliance certification and more than 1,000 heavy truck products have been delivered to their customers.
Your new role
Maintain, manage and support existing dealer whilst seeking out new dealers

Develop and expand the after-sales service network by establishing new service stations.

Maintain effective communication and management with existing service stations.

Provide comprehensive and systematic training for after-sales service stations, including operational training on the after-sales service system.

Deliver thorough new truck driving and operational training for end users.

Handle after-sales service complaint calls efficiently.

Conduct truck driving training for truck drivers.

Manage settlements with dealer service stations.

Train new after-sales technical service staff.

Lead and manage the after-sales service team, establishing a robust after-sales service system.

Regularly summarise and address product technical issues.

Analyse the technical characteristics of competitive products in the industry.

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive spare parts industry.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Highly organised.

Proficient in computer use.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Capable of working independently and without supervision.

Ability to meet set deadlines.

Current Class 4 driver's license.
