About this role:
As the National Finance Manager at Stand Tu Maia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of this organisation. You will be responsible for guiding the financial planning of the organisation by analysing its performance and potential risks. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing the finance team, ensuring accurate and punctual financial reporting. This role requires a strategic planner with meticulous attention to detail who can effectively lead a team while maintaining a constant awareness of the organisation's financial position.
Key Responsibilities:
o Guide the financial planning of the organisation by analysing its performance and potential risks
o Maintain constant awareness of the organisation's financial position and act preemptively to prevent issues
o Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and punctual financial reporting
o Oversee the organisation's finance and payroll IT systems
o Oversee all audit and internal control operations
o Prepare annual budgets and re-forecasts, prepare punctual management reports on financial performance
o Manage cash flows, conduct analysis to make long-term forecasts and report to the Board
o Evaluate and decide on short term investments
o Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate for this National Finance Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in finance management. You will have a CA qualification (or equivalent) and a proven track record in a similar role. You will also share a genuine interest and desire to the better future of Stand Tu Maia.
