Joining in our build phase, you will build your team from the ground up and play a key role in establishing work processes that best serve your team to achieve sales targets, and grow & promote our product range, whilst exploring new business opportunities!Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Managers to exceed their financial objectives.Strategic Execution: Guiding the team to execute Suntory's strategies across categories, channels, and customers.Customer Engagement: Ensuring the team delivers value to on-premises and retail customers and supports new business growth.Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to boost distribution, visibility, and brand share.Innovation: Leading the team to execute key innovation and new product development initiatives.Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.Coaching and Development: Providing feedback and coaching to team members for their development and career progression.Safety Champion: Ensuring a safe work environment and embodying Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviours.What's in your toolkit?With a strong track record of success in a similar leadership role, you will have exceptional coaching skills and experience in leading and inspiring your team to deliver strong results. You will have a proven ability to manage targets and build new accounts with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. A strong analytical capability will help you navigate sales data into actionable insights.
