You would report into the Managing Director NZ and have 3 direct reports.Key Responsibilities:Work effectively to lead the Route to Market team, build strong cross functional & peer relationships, to enable successful delivery of total business results.Lead RTM team to effectively manage Regional performance through regular performance review, sales and negotiation.Ensure Regional plans are in place within the team to deliver required outcomes including store plans which are reviewed and optimised.Have a strategic and operational understanding of the customer within Regions, which is used to create RTM profiles and plans.Effectively lead and manage customer contact to drive strategic customer relationship including store reviews.Work with relevant teams to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered in the areas of distribution & SC, Customer service and finance. Actively manage accounts in all these areas and include in strategic review meetings.Ensure Executional Excellence within the RTM team in all areas at store level.Ensure team are well planned using the KHC way of selling and execute the sales plan effectively to meet agreed targets for NPD and sales.Actively work to build team knowledge and use of category, brand, consumer and competitor insights to enable insight lead selling discussions in store.Ensure selling stories are insight based and coherent across regions.Lead annual store reviews with the Customer.
