The National Distribution Partner Manager is accountable for Red Bull's strategy, relationships and commercial performance with our New Zealand Distributors and Wholesaler partners.
This newly created position has been established to further our growth and bring commercial improvement to this critical sales channel.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:STRATEGIC MANAGEMENTAs our local expert on the Distributor and Wholesale (D&W) landscape, you ensure that we have the right plans with the right partners to drive short and mid-term growth for Red Bull and our Partners.
You define and implement our strategy, commercial arrangements and trade investment across all Distributors and Wholesalers in New Zealand.CUSTOMER MANAGEMENTYou are accountable for Red Bull's relationships with all D&W's in New Zealand.
You are our expert in their plans, people and processes and accountable for our trading terms, commercial arrangements and investment structures.
You will work closely with our Key Account Managers for the retailers our D&W partners supply to, along with our Field Sales Managers for independent trade.PEOPLE MANAGEMENTThe Distribution Partner Manager reports into your role and you are accountable for providing direction, leadership and development to this position.
You will set appropriate priorities and targets, delegate specific responsibilities and enable the DPM to deliver high performance.BUDGETING & PLANNINGYou are accountable for forming and executing our D&W Channel Plan, and ensuring we have productive Joint Business Plans with prioritized partners.
You form investment plans and manage spend within budgets, ensuring we have the systems and processes in place to forecast and deliver our plans.FIELD FORCEYou are accountable for acquiring sell-out (depletion) data from our D&W partners to form sales insights and action plans.
You will work closely with the National Field Sales Managers to engage with D&W Branches as required and enable the field team to maximize our sales in-store.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Strong customer experience in Key Account or Channel Management, preferably prior experience managing Distributor and Wholesale relationships.Strategic thinker with astute business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience.Experience planning, creating and managing budgets, financial and trade marketing.People management experience and a passion for coaching and development.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.You warrant that:You have read and understand the Privacy Statement and the Red Bull New Zealand Privacy Policy.You are qualified to work in New Zealand and understand that Red Bull New Zealand may require you to provide evidence of this to comply with its obligations under the Immigration Act 2009.All the information you have submitted to Red Bull New Zealand Ltd (including via this application and any attachments) is true, accurate and complete.
