The National Distribution Partner Manager is accountable for Red Bull's strategy, relationships and commercial performance with our New Zealand Distributors and Wholesaler partners.
This is a newly created position has been established to further our growth and bring commercial improvement to this critical sales channel.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:As our local expert on the Distributor and Wholesale (D&W) landscape, you ensure that we have the right plans with the right partners to drive short and mid term growth for Red Bull and our Partners.
You define and implement our strategy, commercial arrangements and trade investment across all Distributors and Wholesalers in New Zealand.
You are accountable for Red Bulls relationships with all D&W's in New Zealand.
You are our expert in their plans, people and processes andaccountable for our trading terms, commercial arrangements and investment structures.
You will work closely with our Key Account Managers for the retailers our D&W partners supply to, along with our Field Sales Managers for independent trade.The Distribution Partner Manager reports into your role and you are accountable for providing direction, leadership and development to this position.
You will set appropriate priorities and targets, delegate specific responsibilities and enable the DPM to deliver high performance.You are accountable for forming and executing our D&W Channel Plan, and ensuring we have productive Joint Business Plans with priortised partners.
You form investment plans and manage spend within budgets, ensuring if we have the systems and processes in place to forecast and deliver our plans.You are accountable for acquiring sell out (depletion) data from our D&W partners to form sales insights and action plans from.
You will work closely with the National Field Sales Managers to engage with D&W Branches as required and enable the field team to maximise our sales in store.Strong customer experience in Key Account or Channel Management, prefer prior experience managing Distributor and Wholesale relationshipsStrategic thinker with astute business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experienceExperience planning, creating and managing budgets, financial and trade marketingPeople management experience and a passion for coaching and developmentBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceTravel 20-30%National Distribution Partner ManagerRed BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
