ABOUT THE JOB
Build joint business plans with the account/s and contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities. Ensuring regular follow-up reviews.
Build accurate forecasts and achieve the account/s results: turnover, market share, profit.
Prepare and lead account/s negotiations with existing/new retailers/clients on key launch support, space and location in store, stock agreements and any other account terms.
Drive action plans to implement the division and channel strategy, ensuring execution and tracking down to store level and sell out.
Build a retailer-specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buy-in.
Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders.
Know customer profiles and deliver customer centricity.
Collaborate strongly with other departments (Supply, Finance, Marketing, Category).
Manage, coach and develop a direct report.
Spend regular time in market to understand the customer dynamics and find opportunities for account growth and optimisation.
ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualified with + years commercial experience, ideally dealing with customers in the beauty category or FMCG industry.
A natural collaborator with the ability to achieve account growth and mutually beneficial customer outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence and negotiate across all levels.
Results driven with excellent numerical, analytical & commercial acumen.
Prior management experience and demonstrated leadership strengths.
