National Clinical And Quality Advisor

Are you looking to take your clinical career into a leadership position? Green Cross Health are looking for a National Clinical and Quality Advisor to join a passionate and experienced medical team. This role provides support and clinical leadership across our network of nearly 70 medical centres around New Zealand.
You will:

Participate in the development of the network clinical services and quality strategy and business plan.
Provide clinical advice on quality clinical standards, legislation, and regulation.
Complete clinical due diligence and participate in onboarding of new practices as part of the acquisitions team.
Oversee, coordinate, and implement quality initiatives, risk management, and clinical projects required for GXH Medical Team.
Establish sector partnerships to support the delivery of high-quality patient care across the continuum of GXH services.
Be based in the Green Cross Health support office in Ellerslie.

About the Position and You:

You will be the clinical interface between The Doctors medical centres and Green Cross Health.
Provide advice on quality clinical service standards, legislation, and regulation.
Accountable for enabling medical centres to deliver safe, high-quality, sustainable, and patient-centric clinical services.
Liaise with our Regional Business Managers to ensure seamless collaboration between clinical and operational services.
Have a strong and visible focus on equity to deliver the best outcome for medical centres.
You will hold a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent (preference to those who hold a Masters in Nursing).
Ideally have experience in primary care quality systems.
Minimum 2 years experience in Primary care in a general practice required.
Ability to travel about New Zealand.
Previous leadership role preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with varied teams and managers.
Need for decision making/problem solving.
Foundation/Cornestone Assessor desirable.
