Join DB Breweries as our National Business Manager - Woolworths , where you'll be at the forefront of driving our retail success.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic account plan that aligns with our broader DB retail strategy and objectives.
As the key liaison with Woolworths Head Office, you'll ensure our business objectives are met.
You'll also lead and mentor one Account Executive, guiding them to achieve their full potential.
Key Accountabilities: Drive volume and profit targets monthly and annually, owning the customer planning process to meet profit, volume, and market share goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Countdown, Super Value, and Fresh Choice, ensuring successful sell-in of NPD and promotions.
Manage trading terms and promotional calendars, ensuring effective ROI and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate across departments to align strategies, set sales targets, and provide accurate account performance insights.
Lead and develop the Key Account Executive, ensuring the national field team is equipped to deliver on priorities.
Your background and experience: A full New Zealand driver's licence is essential for this field sales role.
Tertiary qualification, ideally in a business-related discipline.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Grocery Business Manager or in a senior Key Account Manager role within the FMCG sector.
Experience with category management and familiarity with Nielsen reporting.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of P&L ownership in previous positions.
