As part of the ANZ Sales Leadership Team, the role of National Business Manager Foodstuffs NZ is critical in leading the delivery of joint business plans to deliver profitable growth for customers, across key categories and brands. Create impact by achieving the sales targets, distribution and profitability for the Henkel Consumer Brand Foodstuffs NZ business. Ideally, this role is suited to an experienced National Business Manager, who has led a team managing either Foodstuffs NZ or Woolworths NZ.

YOUR ROLE Lead the Henkel Foodstuffs NZ Team (4 direct reports) to build a strong collaborative approach to deliver sustainable value to both parties. Develop and implement strategic/commercial joint business plans with Foodstuffs NZ aligned with Henkel's objectives to achieve mutual growth for both parties. Play a lead role in the leadership of the overall ANZ Henkel Consumer Brands Sales team as a valued member of the ANZ Sales Leadership team. Work closely with cross-functional teams to own current & future financial interactions, forecast & demand plan. Work as a commercially savvy strategic partner, building strong rapport, relationships, and effective communication both internally and externally.
