As the National Business Manager – Accounting, you will lead both the property and business accounting teams while developing strategies to enhance performance and expand the business.
Your focus will be on growth—both in terms of client acquisition and business outcomes—making this an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong commercial mindset who thrives on driving results.The CompanyLifetime Group is a leading New Zealand financial services company offering expert advice in insurance, investments, retirement planning, mortgages, employee benefits and fire and general insurance.
As the lead of their accounting business, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and foster long-term success.Your role:Drive business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic advisory services.Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.Review compliance accounts, offering insights and guidance to improve efficiency and service delivery.Provide leadership and support to the accounting managers (property and business services).Ensure alignment with the company's strategy and commercial objectives, partnering with the GM Finance to achieve measurable results.Your Profile:Hold a current Certificate of Public Practice.Proven experience in strategic planning and identifying commercial growth opportunities.Strong understanding of accounting principles and business development, with a track record of delivering high-quality client work.Demonstrated experience in managing and growing teams.Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand.If you are interested in the above position and would like to have a confidential chat then please don't hesitate to contact Mark Harper on ******** or email ******** .
