About the Role We seek a dynamic and results-oriented National Air Conditioning Manager to lead our national AC sales strategy and drive growth in the NZ market. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate new revenue streams, increase profit, and expand the market share. You will be instrumental in building scalable AC business opportunities, impacting the revenue, market presence, and product portfolio. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a strong AC division:  Build and sustain a high-performing team, ensuring you have the right people to achieve the sales objectives. Channel and Key Account Management: Drive initiatives to meet and exceed sales objectives, and grow and manage key accounts. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HQ to identify and develop new market opportunities and strategic relationships. Sales and Marketing Management: Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and budgets. Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Service and Technical Support: Establish and maintain a support team for product service and technical assistance. Requirements Engineering background (HVAC, VRV, VRF) preferred Strong technical knowledge of HVAC product Extensive sales experience in the HVAC industry Outstanding communication and negotiation skills A proven track record in National Sales Management with 5-10 years' of experience.
