As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to develop and oversee and grow relationships with key clients, on a national scale. You will be responsible for setting and achieving annual sales targets. Customers are our number one priority; your responsibility is ensuring that our customer requirements are met in a timely manner, placing the customer at the forefront of all decision and actions to exceed expectations.
Additional key responsibilities:
Identify potential areas of growth, including cross selling or upselling products to existing customers. Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with wider sales team to ensure maximum growth. Establish and maintain a call cycle frequency to optimise customer experience and maintain appropriate customer contact levels. Actively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish including managing and maintaining your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales enquiries are followed through.  Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to determine their existing and future business needs.  Ensure reporting is up to date and accurate (meetings, calls, opportunities etc) and provide monthly KPI reports to customers where agreed. Attending industry events; tradeshows and networking events to aid in the development of new business revenue. Support sales and marketing initiatives.  We are looking for a strong communicator that can demonstrate the ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making.
Additionally, you will have: 
Great interpersonal skills and have great customer service ethos.  To be a creative thinker, solutions and delivery focused. Relevant qualification and/or proven experience working in a relevant sales / account management role. Have good business acumen and comfortable dealing with business owners and senior managers.  Ability to prospect, establish and build new customer relations.  The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.  Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
