This will be a field based role, with 3 days visiting customers, 2 days working from home and the occasional visit to their Belfast HQ.
A salary of £28k, company car, 10% bonus, mobile phone and laptop will be on offer for the successful candidate.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage customer portfolio with existing and new business to meet sales, shopper and brand objectives within the agreed parameters.
To develop collaborative customer partnerships that encapsulate the key points contained within the customer's summary of needs. Translate Sales & Brand objectives into relevant customer business plans/ranging/activation and in line with their business cycles
Work closely with commercial planning and the activation team to ensure all activation, distribution drives & terms are in line with company & brand expectations, and managed through the use of CBP systems, spend & TGM budgets. Ensure additional forecasted volume & spend is fed back into CBP
Ensure all competitor activity is fed back into the business as part of building a wider understanding of the channel & our key competitors
To be in total control of all elements of financial management including limiting Debtors days in line with customer terms and resolving all credit queries and outstanding invoices
Use insight to maximize distribution, availability and visibility of brands in account portfolio by setting specific targets /gap analysis, business plans and by identifying & matching customer needs to our brands key features.
Proactively manage key prospect list to ensure we are targeting bullseye prospects, including engagement with key customers and prospects contacts within the industry to raise business & brand profile at this level

Good commercial acumen and numerate
Able to demonstrate track record of personal sales achievement and in-depth channel experience knowledge
Strong presentation skills
