Our branches are located in Napier, Hastings, and Waipukurau, and consist of 11 passionate team members.Key responsibilities of the role include:Inspiring and driving team engagement and a positive culture in line with our Values.Supporting an innovative and energetic branch atmosphere.Training and continued development of team members.Hands-on, consistent delivery of outstanding member outcomes and experiences.Smooth daily running of the branches.Maintaining a sound understanding of Unity's products and services.Implementation and delivery of Unity's strategy, financial goals, and community engagement.About the benefitsHere at Unity, we value our people.
