About the Role:We are looking for a committed Mountain Bike shift leader to be responsible for the safe and effective day to day operation of the mountain biking department.
You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintain high levels of staff satisfaction with a motivated, enthusiastic leadership style.
You will also need to be flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Other Responsibilities: overseeing operations of loading/unloading guest bikes at both terminals of Cableway, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff alike, ensuring staffing levels are maintained to provide the highest standard of guest service, assisting with Trail maintenance when required, develop extensive knowledge of Skyline products and encourage sales opportunities to meet targets.
The perfect candidate will bring: proficient mountain bike skills and knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, trail maintenance experience, strong health and safety awareness, directive leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills, Sales skills desirable.
