This role will ideally be based in Auckland, but we will consider applications from either Wellington or Christchurch.
The Fusion5 F&O Services Team prides itself on delivering high quality service and solutions for a varied and exciting range of clients.
The successful candidate will bring a combination of technical nuance and excellent customer engagement to the team.
The F&O Supply Chain Support Consultant will have: Excellent experience in F&O Supply ChainPreferably worked in industries of Distribution and ManufacturingPrevious experience as a Support ConsultantThe ability to resolve assigned support and question requestsA friendly and customer focused attitude with a passion for excellenceStrong analytical, problem-solving and time management skillsThe ability to diagnose and analyse customer issues and requestsStrong verbal and written communication skillAbility to communicate with clients and users as well as seniors, peers and developers across the product teamsThe ability to resolve problems and provide value and solutions.To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will need: 5 years' minimum in a consulting roleThe ability to communicate effectively at all levelsThe ability to be self-driven and seek out opportunities in all situationsThe ability to perform business analyst functions including developing functional and technical specificationsStrong customer service focus with a penchant for learning.Who is Fusion5?
