Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members. Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation. Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take. Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line. Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance. Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. Selecting, training and supervising waiting staff. Make reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders. Skills / Experience / What we are looking for Some management experience in a hospitality venue. Excellent presentation and strong clear communication. Leadership, energy and enthusiasm; if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great. A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred. You're looking for a long term career in hospitality. At least three years of relevant work experience, or a relevant qualification at level 4 or above of the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF).
