The Role We're on the hunt for a highly skilled manager with the potential to be a future leader of the company. If you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role or are looking for a change with rapid progression in hospitality then you've come to the right place. You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us.

The Pay

Competitive pay and transparency in how to move up, fast! Starting on $30.00 - $36.00 per hour depending on experience.
Opportunities to move up in role and pay for high performers.


You will:

Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.
Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch.
Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members.
Ensure quality of products with no wait times.
Take responsibility for daily/weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.


Skills / Experience / What we are looking for:

At least 10 years of hospitality experience in fine dining, bistro, bars and/or pubs or a mix of all.
Management experience in a hospitality venue with a team bigger than 10.
Excellent presentation and strong clear communication.
Leadership, energy and enthusiasm; if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
A manager's certificate or LCQ is preferred.
You're looking for a long term career in hospitality.
