MP Support Coordinator | Kairuruku Ratonga Tautoko MP If you are someone who enjoys connecting with your community, read on! About the role | Mo te tunga : James Meager MP is looking for an MP Support Coordinator to join their team in the Ashburton Electorate Office for 25 hours per week. You'll be supporting constituents to engage with their elected representatives and helping your MP to connect with the community. What you will bring to the role | To kete : Your previous experiences in providing administrative support and customer engagement will be nothing short of excellent. You'll be comfortable dealing with people and be close to the issues facing the community while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. You'll be highly organised and love working within a collaborative team. Responsibilities | Nga haepapa: Assist with community engagement and constituent services for the MP Monitor local forums, newsletters, and community Facebook pages where required, and maintain established information databases relating to work and contacts made in the community Help provide information and advice to constituents on parliamentary processes and services Maintain established databases and files relating to constituent issues Raise common constituent issues and escalate complex cases where agreed with the team manager and/or the MP Why work for Parliamentary Service? | He aha te pai o te mahi ki Te Ratonga Whare Paremata? This role is based in the Ashburton Electorate office for 25 hours per week, worked over 5 days.
