Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work? If so, this is the role for you! We are seeking a Mower / Edger Operator to join our Auckland Schoolsteam, on apermanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely alongside one of our talented Gardeners, you will be responsible for general green space maintenance across multipleSchools and other sites across the North Shore. While your role is primarily mowing and edging, you will also be involved in helping the team with planting, weeding, and spraying, whilst making sure things are kept safe for the public, your team, and yourself.
This role doesn't just involve sitting on a mower, you must be eager to get involved with all tasks! Who we are looking for Ideally, we would love someone who has practical experience with small plant equipment or has experience in a similar role, however, this is not a must. As long as you have an awesome work ethic, with a passion for working outdoors and getting stuck in then you would be a perfect candidate. Other success factors also include:
