At RV Repairs Ltd, we repair most things on any make or model of motorhome or caravan. We have an amazing team of skilled and talented maintenance technicians who lead the way in motorhome and caravan repairs. This role is rare, as it offers a large array of different skills, combined within one job. We are looking for someone who has a NATURAL APTITUDE and TALENT for working with their hands to learn a wide variety of tasks, including fridges, toilets, TV/Satellite, 12v electrical & solar, plumbing, body work, fiberglassing, cabinetry, and more. These tasks are often bespoke and require strong PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITIES, so you will need to be solutions-based and think outside the box, as often there are no off-the-shelf solutions. We require a person who engages in earnest and energetic work, uses their initiative, and shows a willingness to get things done. Motivation and a deep desire to perform all your work to the best of your ability and to our high standards at all times are essential. Demonstrating CONSCIENTIOUSNESS, SELF RESPONSIBILITY, and OWNERSHIP for your role is imperative. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a small team with a good sense of humour. Day to day, the role will include a wide variety of work, including but not limited to: All aspects of motorhome and caravan repairs, installations, and maintenance, with on-the-job training given. Panel & fiberglass repairs General cabinetry & carpentry Installation and repair of roof vents, awnings, and more General RV repairs and installs as required Windows As the successful candidate, you will have: Excellent fault finding & problem-solving abilities. A willingness to learn new techniques and gain new knowledge and skills. The ability to work at speed and with energy, within acceptable time frames. Self-starter qualities, able to work independently and take ownership. A strong ability to work well and enjoy being part of a team. A high degree of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
