The Motor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and machinery used in our agricultural operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibility: • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in engines and components. • Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and other components for repair. •Repair and replace worn or defective parts and reassemble mechanical components. •Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrications, and engine tune-ups. • Test and adjust mechanical parts after repairs to ensure proper performance • Inspect vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates or detail necessary repairs. • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
