Motor Claims Consultant (Valet) 6-month fixed term contract As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will be managing a portfolio of motor vehicle claims via face-to-face interactions for our customers within the Auckland region. You'll help our customers by providing exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their motor vehicle claim and ensuring you are creating a stress-free customer experience so they can get back on the road. Other typical duties include: Liaising with external consultants, repairers, customers, and expert advisors while maintaining and developing long-term supplier relationships. Assisting our customers with their claim queries through email and phone enquiries. Each of our centres has a dedicated 0800 number to ensure we can deliver a timely service.
