You'll help our customers by providing exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of their motor vehicle claim and ensuring you are creating a stress-free customer experience so they can get back on the road. Other typical duties include:Liaising with external consultants, repairers, customers, and expert advisors while maintaining and developing long-term supplier relationships.Assisting our customers with their claim queries through email and phone enquiries.
